Green Infiltrations
Our design solution heavily incorporates green elements. Introducing a dense network of trees not only creates an effective noise and visual barrier but also serves as protection against weather conditions, improving the office environment. This approach increases permeable surface area for rainwater absorption and tree growth, shielding the sun and parking lot view, thereby creating a cooler and more pleasant space.
The ideal tree type for the space and plant morphology would be the Birch for its slender trunk and pyramidal canopy. However, due to its non-native status and large size, the selection expanded to include species common in the Po Valley, like Italian Maples, Ash Trees, and Hornbeams, which are resilient and effective at reducing environmental pollutants, making them preferred for new developments.
